IBD (Improvised Balloon Device)

The IBD (Improvised Balloon Device) series is an installation with photographs, balloons, and netting.

IBD (Improvised Balloon Device) was created at the height of the Iraq war "surge" in 2007. In the video, photographs and installation the artist becomes a living oil well, bubbling in mourning and anger.
