Chosen from a field of nearly 1,900 applicants, these twenty artists and writers come from seventeen U.S. cities, South Africa, Uganda, and Canada; they are parenting thirty-seven children. We have been inspired by their creativity, particularly as the pandemic imposed the most difficult constraints on both family life and art making. We hope you will seek out their work.
