Elana Mann is gathering community members and "Take a Stand Marching Band" to shake her set of fifty protest rattles at a rally organized by the Women's March Foundation, Moveon.org and Planned Parenthood. The rally is in response to the recent news out of the supreme court that Roe V. Wade, which made abortions legal and safe in the United States, will be overturned.
